We built our reputation on a high-quality performance product and we stand behind it. If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, Suncloud Optics warranties your sunglasses for the lifetime of the product and we will repair or replace the product at no charge. Suncloud Optics has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects.

To make a claim, do not return your Suncloud product to the store. Stores are not authorized to provide service under this warranty. Instead, print and send us the complete Lifetime Warranty Claim Form (click to view and print) Include this form with your Suncloud product along with your contact information.

Repair / Replacement Policy: For a fee, Suncloud Optics (at our discretion) will repair or replace lenses, frames and other parts as needed and available. For more information, contact Suncloud Warranty and Repair at 1.888.206.2995 or suncloudwarranty@suncloudoptics.com. All fees for repair or replacement depend on the model and condition of the product.

  • We encourage you to send your Suncloud product by a traceable method (such as Fed Ex or UPS), as Suncloud Optics is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
  • We will return your sunglasses using ground UPS service.
  • Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. For non-delivery or further information, email us at suncloudwarranty@suncloudoptics.com.
  • We will do our best to reply within one (1) - two (2) business days (provided contact information has been included with your product).

Scope and Duration of the Warranty: This warranty program lasts for the lifetime of your Suncloud product. This warranty program covers all parts of your Suncloud product and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure. The warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, chewed by your pet or any other damage that is caused by the consumer.

Limitation on Damages: For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to damages of repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Suncloud Optics. Suncloud Optics is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product. Note: Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from State to State.

This warranty extends to residents of the United States only.

Rheos Nautical Eyewear

Do we accept returns and exchanges? Of course! In the event you need to make a return or exchange, please visit Rheos Returns Center within 30 days and follow a few simple prompts. Once approved we will email you a return label. It's free! You can send your return back in its original box or one similar and once we receive it we will issue a refund. Please be aware a return/exchange is only considered valid if it is received within 15 business days from the date the return label was created. If you are exchanging, the exchange will be processed once we receive the return. All orders are returnable within the first 30 days for any size, fit, or style reason as long as they are returned in new and re-sellable condition. Refunds/exchanges are not guaranteed. 

International returns and exchanges must be sent back through a carrier of your choice as we are unable to send a return label. 

LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY


We provide a lifetime limited manufacturer's warranty supporting all aspects of the frame resulting from non-accidental damage with proof of photo. Translation: If there's something wrong with your shades, we'll make it right for you. Warranty replacements may be subject to fees for shipping and fulfillment of approximately $9 anywhere in the United States (international shipping may vary). 

LENS WARRANTY - OUR SALTWATER PROMISE


With high scratch and chemical resistance, our Nylon Optics stand up to the grittiest sea salt with proper care. They're rated for 120 hours of continuous exposure to humidity and saltwater, this is the highest in the industry. This means they're strong but sometimes mother earth is stronger and it doesn't mean they're indestructible.

If you have a lens issue, we have you covered with our 1-year Saltwater Promise lens replacement program. Warranty replacements may be subject to fees for shipping and fulfillment of approximately $9 anywhere in the United States (international shipping may vary). However, we have you totally covered within the first 30 days of purchase! 

Here are some suggestions for how to protect your shade’s lenses in the future:

-After use in salt water, rinse with fresh water before wiping the lenses down

-Take care not to use certain apparel with anti-odor materials (often containing silver) that can wear away at the lenses

-Avoid leaving your shades in high heat and cold areas such as the dashboard of your vehicle or boat
